OUR APPROACH
The neuropsychological evaluation will consist of an interview with the individual and ideally a family member, review of relevant medical/personal records, session(s) during which neuropsychological tests are administered, and a feedback session with the individual and family.
Within a biopsychosocial framework, the interview will address changes in physical functioning; cognitive areas involving thinking and information processing; emotions and behavior; and effects on the family, social life, and work environment. A variety of tests and measures will be administered.
The length and number of session(s) are determined individually based on various factors out of respect for the client’s presenting symptoms and scheduling convenience.
