Professional Fees, Insurance and Payment Information
Office Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30 pm. Earlier or later appointments may be available.
Individual therapy: $175 per 60-minute session. Initial session is diagnostic interview billed at $225. Group therapy: $40 per 75 minute session - Typical group program is 10 sessions ($400 total). Often a book is required for purchase (approximately $20). Neuropsychological consultations and evaluations: $200 per hour - Estimate of 8-10 hours for evaluations, including testing, report writing, feedback; additional meetings and activities billed to client at negotiable hourly rate. Insurances Accepted: - Medicare - Blue Cross/Blue Shield - For other carriers, patient self-pays and is given a detailed invoice to submit to their insurance company.
